This national practice has one of the largest and strongest international insurance practices and acts for many of the world's major insurance and reinsurance companies, self-insured entities and public sector bodies. Their Birmingham Insurance team is looking to recruit an Assistant Solicitor to handle a mixture of non-personal injury insurance claims. The work would principally involve property damage/business interruption defence and recovery claims but also policy and coverage disputes, fraud recoveries and a spread of other general commercial claims. The ideal candidate will need to have a commercial litigation and/or non-personal injury insurance background. Superb remuneration package on offer. Interested?
